Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that and would be happy to hear how we can make it up to you.

You can return your order for up to 14 days and we will make sure that the purchase price is credited to your bank account within 5 working days of receipt of the return shipment.

Conditions for returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been tried on. However, should you experience any issues with the item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear.

We recommend that you provide the return shipment with a track and trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Return timetable:

  • Step 1: Fill in the return form.

  • Step 2: Send the items together with the completed return form. Make sure that the package has a track-and-trace code.
  • Step 3: Receive the balance on your account. As soon as we have received your package, Werner Mode will ensure that the balance is returned to your account within 5 working days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: The return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.


Return address:

If you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to return it to the warehouse in China. Please note that the costs for returning the product are at your own expense. The reason for this is that shipping costs from China are often very high and it is not feasible for the seller to cover these costs.

To return the product, you need to contact the seller and request a return address in China. After you have received the return address, carefully pack the product and send it to the address provided. Make sure the product is well protected during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so you can keep track of when the package is delivered.

Once the product arrives at the warehouse in China, the seller will check whether it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the purchase price. Please note that it may take some time before you receive your refund, depending on the seller's and bank's processing time.
All in all, returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complicated and costly process. It is therefore important that you are aware of the return policy and associated costs before making a purchase.
